New years resolutions
Time to reflect on how we can improve our foot and ankle health this coming year. With the cost of health care rising rapidly, I believe our best defense is prevention. We need to exercise, sleep, and eat properly. How does this affect your feet and ankles? Less stress equals less problems. Proper foot wear, using the orthotics we gave you or you may need!!
We all should consider our new years resolution in regards to are health. What is yours!!
